Which fish goes up the waterfalls to spawn?

its not salmon, at least not in Hawaii.
Here, the little fish in question is called O’opu, it climbs the waterfalls by clinging to the rocks and is considered a protective deity of the family.
We chose it to give the name to the first Hawaiian restaurant in Cuneo: fresh, exotic, good.
